Our artisan tea farms have been practicing this exquisite craft in the birthplace of matcha (Uji, Japan) and from world best matcha farms (Kagoshima, Japan) for many generations; harvesting only the youngest, most tender tea leaves and grinding them into a fine powder. The result is single-origin, ceremonial grade matcha unlike any other.
Our Matcha is sourced directly from Kagoshima & Uji regions is Japan. The climatic conditions, traditions, and elevation from sea makes it have perfect conditions to grow matcha.

JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standards) are the Japanese national standards in the field of agricultural, forestry, fisheries and food industry. JAS is established by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
UMAMI FLAVOR, VIBRANT GREEN COLOR
Our tea plants are grown under the shade for at least 20 days before the first harvest (early May). Reducing the amount of sunlight the leaves are exposed to increases the natural amino acid (L-theanine) and chlorophyll content in the leaves. The chlorophyll produces the vivid green color, while L-theanine gives matcha its umami flavor.
6 MONTHS FRESH
Once our matcha is ground, it’s immediately sealed in aluminium foil packaging, providing a complete barrier to light, oxygen, moisture and bacteria.
1.5 GRAMS PER DRINK
As our matcha is potent and highest quality, you do not need more than 1/2 gram per drink to get the umami flavor, and vibrant green color.
