Is there a minimum order for free delivery? 

Yes, it varies by Emirate, 

For Dubai  0-AED 150   25 AED delivery fee applies, Above AED 150 it is Free

Abu Dhabi 0- AED 250  25 AED delivery fee applies, Above AED 250 it is free

Sharjah      0- AED 200  25 AED delivery fee applies, Above AED 200 it is free

Ajman        0- AED 200  25 AED delivery fee applies, Above AED 200 it is free

RAK.           0- AED 200  25 AED delivery fee applies,  Above AED 200 it is free

Fujairah     0- AED 250  25 AED delivery fee applies,  Above AED 250 it is free

Where do you deliver to? 

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah and Al Ain expect remote areas in the UAE.

Will I get my order on the same day?

We deliver within 24-48 Hours of placing an order.

Can my delivery be left outside? 

Yes, only for pre-paid orders and if the items do not include chocolates. However, we would need confirmation from your side in advance to leave the delivery outside. We would not advise this in general especially in summer months and cannot be held liable if you do not receive your delivery or if items are received melted.

Who can receive my delivery?

Anyone that is available at the given address. However, if no-one is present on the allocated delivery day and no instructions have been left to leave the delivery outside, the delivery will be returned and re-delivery charges will apply if ordered again.

What if I have missing or receive damage items?

We have strict protocol to ensure all items are checked before delivery. If you encounter an item missing please contact us on info@thegcco.com. No claims after 8 hours of delivery will be processed.

Q. Can I order to a different address to my billing address?

Yes, the delivery address can be different from the billing address.

Q. How do I check out?

Once you have added your items to the basket, click on the cart tab on the top right corner. It will have a full summary of all the items added, scroll to the bottom and select the Check-out button. Fill out all the information requested for your delivery and the payment details and then select the continue to shipping button. You will receive an email confirmation of your order once everything is complete.

Q .What credit card/debit cards do you accept for payment?

We accept the following payment methods: credit cards Visa, MasterCard ,Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery or Card on delivery . If any payment is done by cash on delivery there is an extra charge of AED 20 

Q .How do I get a receipt?

You will receive an email with the order confirmation that summarises your order and the payment details.

We undergo a strict quality control process before products are dispatched from our warehouse. Should a product no longer be available between the time of placing your order and the time of delivery, we will contact you to arrange for a refund or replace it with similar products. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Q. How do I return products?

We only accept returns if the item is damaged, wrong or is defective. Returns are subject to approval and can take 3-5 days. Once it has been reviewed we will offer a replacement item. Any claims will need to be registered within 8 hours of delivery any claims beyond 8 hours will not be valid. Please contact info@thegcco.com  to put in your request.

Q. How do I view what’s in my shopping Basket?

To view the content of your Basket, click on the trolley where it says cart at the top right of the screen.

Q. How do I add items to my Basket?

Select your item , it will redirect you to the product page, select your quantity and then select Add to cart tab. Your item will be available to view in the cart. 

There is also an option for a quick buy: on the product page, select the option Buy it now. This will take you directly to the payment page. 

Q .How do I remove items from my Basket?

Go to your Basket by clicking on the trolley button on the top right side of your screen. To remove an item, click on Remove icon on the line below. The item will be removed from your Basket.

Q. How do I change the quantity of a particular item in my Basket?

Go to your Basket by clicking the cart button on the top right side of your screen. To change the quantity of an item in your Basket, select the (-) to make the quantity less, or (+) to make the quantity more. Once changed, your subtotal amount will change automatically and it will reflect the correct amount.
